How to Redeem a Gift Card at My Pink Planet.com
- When you're ready to checkout, we will ask you if you want to pay with a Gift Card or credit card.
- Once you choose the Gift Card option, we'll ask for your Gift Card code. You'll find the code on your gift certificate.
- Your Gift Certificate is valid for one year of purchase.
- If you don't have enough credit on your Gift Certicate to cover the amount of your order, the balance can be paid by a credit card.
- If you still have a balance on your Gift Certificate after your purchase. The balance can be used on your next purchase.
- In compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) guidelines, children under 13 can use their Gift Certificate to make a purchase, but ONLY with an adult's supervision.
- Once you've completed a Gift Certificate order at My Pink Planet.com, you cannot cancel it.
Gift Certificate Rules
1) Refunds on Gift Cards: You can use your Gift Certificate over and over until the balance reaches zero. Gift Certificate aren't redeemable for cash and can't be returned for a cash or any refund.
2) Refunds on Gift Certificate Orders: If you place an order with a Gift Certificate and you return an item for a refund, we will issue you a new Gift Certificate with the refund amount.
3) Gift Certificate, Discounts or Coupons for Gift Certificate Orders: you can't use Gift Certificate, discounts or coupons to order a Gift Certificate.
4) Use of Coupons with Gift Card Payment: You're welcome to use coupons when you're using your Gift Card to pay for an order.
4) Gift Certificate are good for 1 year from the date of purchase.
